Robbie has dedicated his life to being a fine dining chef.
He started in a professional kitchen when he was 15 “doing what no one else wanted to do.” He truly started from the bottom, but worked his way up quickly, giving him an appreciation for every person in the kitchen.
He has worked alongside many great chefs and has now developed his own unique style that continues to intrigue and impress his diners.
His approach to fine dining, is food that is well sourced, simple, but has many components put together in an artful way. His dishes are intricate, flavorful, but light and fresh.
He offers a very unique experience at every event by speaking with his guests and presenting each dish with the beverage pairing. Chef Robbie’s dining experience is one of unique refinement.

associates in the culinary arts and a bachelors degree hospitality business management
He holds four leadership awards from the CIA
