Robbie Rensel

Robbie Rensel
Founder


Robbie Rensel has been in the culinary industry for over 10 years including being the youngest sous chef at the Bay Harbor Golf Club in Petoskey, Michigan at the age of 16. He went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America in New York where he received his culinary training and bachelors degree in culinary business management. Soon after graduating, he moved to Houston to open up Sur La Table's City Center cooking school as the resident chef and culinary manager. Connect with him on Linkedin

Samantha Rensel

Samantha Rensel holds an associates degree in culinary arts and a bachelors in culinary business management from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. When she moved back to Houston she was the front of the house manager for Central Market, then a private chef where she specialized in working with individuals who wanted to lead a more healthy lifestyle

Mike Rensel

Marketing and Operations


Mike came to Houston from Michigan's largest privately owned financial company, Global Forex Trading, where he managed search engine optimizations to marketing content and media negotiations for the United Kingdom, Middle East, and the United States. Evan Brady

Evan Brady
Executive Chef


Evan is highly trained in the classics with a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and specializes in modern technique. He was previously the Chef de Partie at the Lincoln Ristorante in New York City with notable staging experience at Eleven Madison Park, Atera, and Maialino. Evan is the first place winner of the 2009 Pinchos and Tapas National Competition in Valladolid, Spain.

Alex Dunlevie

Sous Chef


Alex hails from the northern San Francisco Bay area. He has been a serious foodie his entire life and has staged at restaurants around California including the award winning Michael Mina. Alex trained extensively with founder Robbie Rensel to hone his culinary skills over the past year which he excelled at greatly resulting in Savory Celebration hiring him on as a full time chef. He is interested in both modern and classic approaches to technique.

Jaimie Brady

Jaimie Brady
Events


Jaimie has been in the events business for over five years with previous experience as the manager and event coordinator at a high-end salon and spa in New York. Through her travels she has gained a passion for the culinary industry while dining at some of the world's best restaurants and she is excited to bring her expertise and organizational skills to the culinary world to offer creative, fun, and unique events to Houstonians.

Justin Beals

Justin Beals
Mixologist and MaƮtre d'


Justin's roots grew in Houston, but takes international influences in bringing unique beverage pairings to modern cuisine and has a passion for the front of the house. He has worked in cocktail bars and restaurants around Houston such as Hearsay, The Down House, and has been mentored by Anvil residents.
